Get connected to our Customer Support by doing the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of RedDoorz App
- Go to your profile and click the "Contact us" menu
- Then click the "Need More Help" button at the bottom of the page
- You will be connected to our AI-powered bot where you can find more help and assistance
- If you want to be connected to our Agent then simply type "Connect me to an agent" in the chat box
